Essential duties include:
Light Electrical
Plumbing
Painting
Operation of community trash compactor (daily)
Seasonal pool maintenance (daily)
Seasonal snow removal of sidewalks, stairs and entryways
Repairing equipment and fixtures related to showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets and building exteriors
Make ready units for new move in’s including changing of locks for all turnovers
Carry and respond to a 24 hour emergency phone
Complete preventive maintenance of property
Supervise and help with Grounds maintenance as needed.
